Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LOQAL GmbH, Findorffstraße 22, 28215 Bremen, E-Mail: info@loqal.world) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).

❗ Important Note on Customization

A large part of our products is made individually for you and is not pre-manufactured.

As soon as a product is manufactured specifically according to your inputs (e.g. location details, designs, or adjustments), there is no right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods:

• that are not pre-manufactured and

• for which the production is significantly determined by an individual selection or specification by the customer or

• that are clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

This particularly applies to all products of LOQAL GmbH that are individually created based on your inputs.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
