All products are made individually for you.
This means: Your order will only be produced after it has been received and then shipped. There is no stock holding.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information (if available).

Since each product is made individually for you, the delivery time may be longer than for stock items.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correctly provided, as no changes can be made after production has started.

Individually made products are excluded from exchange unless there is a production error.
